I used to love going out with Psy in Barnstaple when her brothers and their mates were arround they were very useful at heading off those drunken advances. Mind some times her eldest bro could be a little over protective and appear when you didn't want or need him to LOL
I'm glad you had a good time. :D more…

Apparently, according to WLR, you are supposed to have all of your exercise points, or as many as possible. My basic allowance is actually pretty low at 1390 (most cal controlled diets would suggest around 1700 at my weight) so to stop myself getting too hungry, I have to earn the extra points, as I put myself down as 'fairly sedentary' more…

It's great that you're getting some exercise but hopefully, after the birthday and the evening out, you could bank these extra exercise points for a bigger weight loss. Enjoy the two events anyway! more…

I bought my husband that Thorntons cake for his birthday last month - he's not a big cake fan but I loved it! and my excuse was that you have to have a cake on a birthday and it was actually the smallest cake in the supermarket.
Hope you enjoy it!
Hope you don't mind me adding this to your blog - I always enjoy your writin more…

Blimey mate, 800 calories is tough. What's your staring weight?
Loved the comment about big girls. I don't think I'll try and get below a size 14 anyway, I just want to be able to buy clothes from all the high street shops and not just a select few that do a 20 and above :-(
My other half likes curvy girls anyway. I was a more…

You are both too kind!!!
Thanks for saying such nice things. Mr SV does love me the way I am, it just gets me so upset that I can't wear nice clothes, I'm restricted to what fits in the 'big girl' shops and it just does my head in that so much of it is so frumpy (and expensive)
Also, we're investing so much time, money and more…
